Chocolatier confectioner since the age of 18, Patrice Arbona acquired his experience at the most famous confectioner in the region.
Since 2010, Patrice Arbona invites you to discover his chocolates, fruit jellies, nougats, candied fruits, ice creams and other sweets that he elaborates before you in his workshop.
Come and discover his passion for chocolate and his irrepressible desire to pass it on to everyone in his courses, given in the chocolate factory, both store and laboratory, in the heart of the Cité des Arts.
